Considering owning this house a rental?  The Little Red House has had consistent rental history.  The 2013-2014 rental price was xx/month, including xx sales tax.  This is below average for the Kenai Peninsula and could be fairly increased. 

Tenants were responsible for all utilities including electric, propane and water/sewer as well as  yard maintenance, snow and garbage removal. 

Persistent maintenance and excellent tenants have helped sustain the value and function of the house.
